Branding & Activations

ALL CHARGES ARE SUBJECT TO TAX.
An invoice will be generated upon confirmation only.
To ensure uniformity, property protection, and quality control, printing, installation, and uninstallation shall be carried out by our approved vendor(s) only.
Removal of expired branding shall be the client’s responsibility; failure to adhere to this will result in the client being charged on a daily basis as per the branding package subscription.
Any damages incurred during installation or removal will be billed to the respective brand.
Cheque or pay order shall be in the name of Nishat Hotels & Properties Limited.
100% payment must be received before the event.
In the case of tax deductions, please provide the challan with the advance payment.
Please note that withholding of Income Tax U/S 153 (1)B is applicable @ 4% under the Income Tax Ordinance 2001 as amended by the Finance Act 2019.

Boundary Signages are frontlit flex boards, spanning the boundary of the mall.
